in motion . happy birthday to you

we have a tradition of reading this book to the kids on their birthdays — tonight lila decided to read it to mark for his :)

i’m off to snuggle with the birthday boy — valentine’s photos will be shared tomorrow (and if you just can’t wait, you’ll find a teaser each on facebook and instagram).

    wow! this is fantastic! I teach 1st grade and I have kids that cannot read their own name! When did you start teaching her letter sounds? Bravo to you! This is inspiring!

    Eeeee!!!! So SO adorable Andrea…I’m sure this made Daddy’s day. ANd man oh man does she EVER remind me of how Nevaeh read ( how she still reads) full of animation, which is incredible. Nothing better than having a natural little bookworm. Happy Birthday to your man:) xo
